One photo a day challenge: Day 46. During this challenge there are subjects that I have come back to more than once. When I do I try to share a different type of photo. If I can I try to take the same subject and photograph it in a different way. It is possible to photograph the same subject with very different results. I kicked off the new year by setting some new and ambitious goals/resolutions for January. My goals included health and fitness, art, creativity and work objectives. January Goals

One photo a day challenge: Day 29. I really liked the work I did yesterday. I wanted to find a similar type of subject for today. One reason I do them is because it allows me to enjoy nature in a way you just cannot enjoy nature in any other way. When you spend over ten hours out in nature moving across this landscape on your… Read More

I often have enough ideas pop into my head that at some point I have forgotten at least one or more of the ideas I thought of. Some ideas are not important and are little frivolous things with really no significant consequences if I forget them. Other ideas are more important… Read More

I was just playing with Photoshop CS3. I combined a photo I liked of a bald eagle with one of my favorite phots of a glacier in Alaska. The glacier was in Glacier Bay National Park. I did it just for the heck of it to practice using some of the applications in Photoshop CS3.
