One of the reasons I love going to Tanglewood Nature Center is for the opportunities for bird watching that the natural areas there provide. Birding There are plenty of opportunities to see all the birds one normally expects to see. However, The environment there provides habitat that is beneficial to birds that are not commonly seen around town.

Tanglewood Nature Center has a little bit of everything for every type of outdoors person.  Hiking There are a wide variety of trails to explore along the natural area provided by Tanglewood Nature Center. There are nice sections of various types of natural features to explore along the trails.
