One photo a day challenge: Day 71.

Most of the snow has melted in our area. I wanted to explore down by one of the local streams and see what I could find to photograph.

The stream was flowing with all the extra run off from melted snow.

All the vegetation that had died back to survive the winter was exposed now.

Fallen trees were clear to see. Bare roots. Cracked tree trunks. And wood completely cleaned of bark.
