In what appears to be on its way to becoming an annual tradition I have been at the Mighty Mosquito 99 event 3 out of the last 4 years. My first appearance was in 2021 to attempt the solo 100 mile event. And then I have been back twice to participate in the relay with a great group of friends. And I probably would have been there 4 years in a row… Read More
Earlier this year I ran the Sehgahunda Trail Relay. Sehgahunda is a fun running event. It is a trail marathon and relay. 26 miles on some of the most fun trails. Running through the forest at a beautiful state park in New York. I have run this event 5 times. I think I have run it in every possible configuration now. I have run it as a 4 person relay twice. Participants could choose a distance they wanted to maintain through the challenge from a minimum of 1 mile a day… Read More
I have now run 7 half marathons but this last one I ran might just be the one that means the most to me. I ran my first 5k around 6 years ago and my foray into running dates to before that time. I never really thought I would have a chance to experience what I did in this last race and it was truly special to me. When I started running… Read More
