The race directors and volunteers pulled out all the stops just to make sure this race could actually happen this year. The race takes place in the forest surrounding the ghost town of Masten, PA. It is a very remote area. There are few roads in and out of the area and few races… Read More

I love running. And as much as I love running I love photographing running even more. I was recently asked to join the amazing crew that puts on the Worlds End Ultras at Worlds End State Park as one of their photographers for the race. I fell in love with Worlds End State Park while training for and running the 2018 Worlds End Ultra 50k. I have been back to this park… Read More

Running is fun. Having goals around your running can make running even more enjoyable. However, finding balance can be a real struggle. Accepting limitations. Making the best of it when things don’t go as planned. Trying to do the most training you can without causing setbacks. It’s all part of what makes running such an enjoyable sport, even if it doesn’t feel like it in the moment

For several years I started off a new year of blogging either talking about my past year in running and or my plans and goals in running for the year to come. I have not done that lately because I have been battling a series of minor injuries that have been preventing me from really training and striving for the types of goals I want to go after. Finally, I put aside… Read More

I have documented races in a variety of ways over the years. I love photography so I almost always have a camera with me regardless of how I find myself at a race.
