When I first started creating these images it was completely by acccident. And I don’t think I liked them very much. They were not what I was hoping to create. Now if I photograph an event and I come back without at least a few interesting swirly images I am a bit disappointed.

Usually my volunteer duties keep me stationed at the race start line and then I can head out to photograph the race before it starts.
