The Norwegian Elkhound.

I have been so happy to learn about these surprisingly beautiful dogs.

At first glance I don’t think I recognized how beautiful a dog they are. But now after being able to photograph them a few times I really adore them.

I don’t know if I just got lucky and stumbled on some remarkable individual dogs. Or if I had the perfect confluence of circumstances that created some photographs that I really find beautiful. But these dogs really capture my attention.

This Norwegian Elkhound looks alert and happy. Eyes bright and focused. The dog is standing tall and is focused on the ring. A perfect opportunity to create a great photograph.
