I was interested in the event and I wanted to see what the hype was all about. So I joined them for a group training run at Hyner to run 14 miles of the 16 mile course. I went to bed last night planning to run in the morning. I woke up this morning and I did not feel like running. I was able to convince myself I was going to run and get my gear on to get out the door. As I was going out the door I was obviously going to run but I didn’t really feel like I was going to have a good run. I was in the mindset that I was just going to go out and get a run in. I was thinking that I was just going to run a nice easy coasting run. I just wanted to get the miles to keep my body in tune.

During our trip to the Adirondacks we stopped to visit Lake Placid. Paxton really enjoyed going down by the lake to enjoy the scenery. I absolutely love this photograph I took of Paxton. Comment and share your favorite memories of you and your dog on vacation.I’d love to see photos too. You can also connect with me on Twitter @krnaturalphoto
We recently took a trip up to the Adirondacks and 1000 Island Regions of New York. I just wanted to take a moment to share a few photos from that trip. I will likely have a longer post with more photos to share soon. Enjoy these photos until then.
