I love it when I have a chance to get down to Wellsboro and run with the Tyoga Running Club in their group runs. They are a great group of people. There is always a fun route planned. And I am almost always running somewhere I’ve never been before.
Finally got out for a proper trail run today. I figured since it was likely to rain during my run I might as well go play in the mud and puddles. And boy was there mud and puddles. It was like running in a slip and slide. Somehow I managed to stay upright despite a couple close calls. Hopefully my muscles, ligaments, and joints are all still my friends in the morning.
I really like how this piece of digital art turned out. A background of a setting sun and darkening sky. Then a foreground element that features mountains and sunset/sunrise. What do you think of it?
Today I signed up for the 2024 FLRC Challenge so I wore my 2022 challenge shirt on our 7 mile run today. I am trying to increase my mileage this week by making my regular runs longer instead of running one long run. Just consistent medium mileage runs.

Thankfull and grateful for running friends who have other running friends. It’s so nice to be able to link up with others and get out for a run and help motivate each other and enjoy some company on the miles. Especially on the road.
