Cold Morning | Frost Covered Leaf | New York

In the colder months I do not usually like to get up in the morning and get right outside in the freezing cold for photos.

That was one of the best things about my one phot a day project last year. It inspire and motivated me to get outside my comfort zone. Literally and metaphorically.

Literally crawling on the ground outside in the morning on a cold day fit right in that sweet spot.

It was a great opportunity to create some images unlike most of what I have created in the past.

I hope this experience inspires me to go out and do this more often.

Photo details: Nikon D500. Nikon 60mm f/2.8. Focal length 60mm. ISO 400. 1/250 sec. f/3.2.

Thank you for joining me on the blog today. I hope this images finds you in a warmer place than when I took this photo.

See a wide variety of my photography in my gallery Archive.
