American English Coonhound | Trotting At The Show | New York

Going to dog shows has introduced me to so many different breeds of dogs. And even at dog shows I don’t see them very often. One such dog is the American English Coonhound.

As a person that is really drawn to visuals one of the first thing that draws me to different dogs and dog breeds is often their look.

Who doesn’t love a gorgeous dog?

I really like the look of this American English Coonhound.

The long but not too long ears. Brown patches of color in the coat. And the speckled flecks of color sprinkled against a lighter grayish white fur across the entire body.

The do has a nice unique look. I am really drawn to dogs with a distinct look.
