Isolated Flower Parts | Lily | New York
Lilies are beautiful flowers, but I struggle with them as photographic subjects.
A flower on a lily takes up a lot of space.
Their flowers are large and expansive in every way.
The flower of a lily spreads out wide from side to side and from top to bottom. They even stretch forth from front to back.
I really like to shoot flowers close up and using a shallow depth of field.
I struggle to find a way to incorporate the lily into my style of flower photography.
Photo details: Nikon D500. Nikon 60mm f/2.8. Focal length 60mm. ISO 400. 1/2500 sec. f/3.2.
Thank you for joining me on the blog today for this close up look at a Lily.
Check out this image to find a very different type of photography I created featuring a Lily.
