Josie was one of our sweet Bernese Mountain Dog tribe that we have gathered in our home over the years.

We were fortunate enough to adopt Josie from a rescue out in Ohio.

Josie was such a sweet and shy girl.

She loved to spend time with us.

Unfortunately we did not get to spend as much time with her as we would have liked, as is too often the case.

One thing we always wanted to do was take her camping.

We almost ran out of time. But, fortunately a good friend was able to arrange for us to camp locally and we enjoyed a night out in the woods with out dog.
