The Lancashire Heeler is a cute little dog.

I only learned about the Lancashire Heeler a couple of years ago.

I have only had an opportunity to photograph the Lancashire Heeler twice.

The Lancashire Heeler standing perfectly ready in the show ring gives a good representation of the size and shape of this dog. I think that is really helpful for anyone not familiar with this breed of dog.

This photo clearly illustrates the shot legs, long tail, long body, and the short black fur that gives the Lancashire Heeler their look.

I am really looking forward to seeing this breed more in the future.
