Reptiles come in so many different shapes and sizes. It is a shame to lump them all into one category like this. But it would take too long to write a post about every individual reptile.

I think reptiles epitomize what we think of when we consider life forms that are not like us. They are so different. They live on land like us but in a totally different manner than we do.

Reptiles being cold blooded creates a completely different way of life.

Reptiles have thick scales and tough hides. They have plates, horns, and shells. While we humans are relatively fragile with no protection.

Some reptiles have fearsome teeth. But other reptiles are so cute and adorable that we will walk right up to them and touch them.

Reptiles have survived on this planet since before humans evolved and it seems they are well suited to survive after we die out as a species.
