This praying mantis landed on my hand for a few moments. Beautiful creature.
Created this Night Scene by following the tutorial on the Art with Flo YouTube Chanel. I liked this one. Not super complicated and not lots of colors and layers. I really want to check out one of the longer more complicated tutorials but I am a bit intimidated and I have to make sure I block out enough time to do it. It takes me a lot longer than the run time of the video to complete each one.
I am really happy with today’s ride. It’s the first time in a long time that I really felt like I have made progress in my fitness in a sport. Probably since I started running ultras 5 years ago.
I always love soup but this cooler weather makes it even more enjoyable. This is yet another batch of Warm the F*ck Up Minestrone from @badmannersfood in their Eat Like You Give A F*ck cookbook. I think this is my heart soup.
Followed the latest Art With Flo tutorial to create this Impressionistic Scene in Procreate. I am not sure I am satisfied with how this turned out. I definitely need to practice a lot more. One of my biggest challenges is just learning where all the tools are and being able to smoothly access them while following the video.
Went for a nice hike with friends at Robert Treman State Park.
