Red-Breasted Nuthatches are one of my favorite backyard birds.

They always seem so happy. Their quick and agile movements. All the litter chirps and sounds they make.

Red-Breasted Nuthatches hop skip and jump across the landscape,

Flit over to the bird feeder.

Then zoom over to the railing.

Stopping just long enough to inspect the space and be photographed.
